Data collected for verification purposes, as part of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing efforts, is kept for ten (10) years from the end of each real estate transaction.
Your data will be erased once the retention periods expire. Nevertheless, your data may be archived beyond the prescribed periods for the purposes of research, establishment, and prosecution of criminal offenses, solely to make your data available to judicial authorities if needed.
Archiving means that your data will no longer be available online but will be extracted and stored on a separate, secure medium.

Secure hosting within the European Union: We would like to inform you that your personal data is primarily hosted securely in data centers located within the territory of the European Union. This location ensures a level of protection and security in compliance with EU regulatory requirements.
